CSH Employment Toolkit
FutureWorks completed the design and development of an Employment Toolkit for the national nonprofit Corporation for Supportive Housing. The Toolkit provides access to a wide variety of resources to help supportive housing organizations, workforce partners, and employers address key challenges in the planning, implementation, and on-going provision of employment-related services and programs. The Toolkit fills a critical gap for users who are seeking ways to give hard to employ workers access to economic opportunity. The Toolkit currently contains more than 150 case studies, tools, articles and resources.
FutureWorks, in partnership with CSH staff, developed the conceptual framework for the Toolkit. FutureWorks also researched the resources, wrote the narrative for the Toolkit, and engaged a wide variety of users and audiences to test and vet the Toolkit over the 12 month project. The Toolkit is sponsored by the MetLife Foundation. Workforce Learning Strategies was also part of the FutureWorks consulting team.
